RETURNS & EXCHANGES We have a 7 working day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for one year. SHIPPING The maximum service delivery timeline for the products is 1 month and the minimum service delivery timeline for the products is 15 days.
